Thomas Gajdalo, AKA- Tag, has been with Axxcess Wealth Management since 2015. He has been in the financial services industry for the past 20 years. His broad experience across various spectrums in the industry (Fortune 500, Start-Up companies, Entrepreneur, Tactical RIA) makes him an ideal financial planner, and tremendous asset to our team.

His passion as a client advocate and ability to understand the complex nature and subtle nuances of each client relationship is appreciated by his clients and colleagues. He is supported by an administrative team, group benefit and investment product specialists whose support and teamwork help to maintain long-term relationships with his clients. It is clear why being a financial planner is his stated purpose in his life.

Tag believes the skepticism many clients feel toward the industry is a result of the lack of transparency of fees and the ability to demonstrate value for services. He provides custom service agreements where clients have freedom to choose only the services that add value to their needs. As someone who has been burned by advisors himself, he understands the difference in being a fiduciary for his clients and not just having to make suitable recommendation.

As a graduate from Arizona State University in 1997, he received a BS in Finance and was the #1 Finance graduate in his class. He has excelled in every stage of his career, and has been recognized as a leader within the company and industry. Tag holds the CFP®, ChFC®, and CLU® credentials, widely considered the Big 3 for comprehensive financial planners.

Tag is married to his amazing wife Erin, and they have one daughter (2 horses & 3 dogs). He enjoys golf (when he can), travel, cooking (learning new cuisine and techniques), reading, hiking, and doing his best to stay active and healthy. Most of all, spending time with his family, friends and clients.
